Epoxy Flooring is a two-component, solvent-free, epoxy-based floor, which as a mechanically resilient work floor, Epoxy-Cast floor is composed of solvent-free pigmented epoxy resin and high-quality fillers.
Epoxy-Casting floor is applied in 1 layer by means of a toothed wiper and vent roller applied over a primed or leveled surface (scraping floor).
In practice, Epoxy-Cast floor has a consumption of 1 to 3 kg per m² (depending on the substrate).
Epoxy-Poured floor can optionally be sprinkled with a decorative deco chip, which after drying can be finished with PU-HardTop for a satin appearance, possibly with anti-slip.
This floor has been developed as a floor system for finishing heavier-loaded work floors and where the floor must be liquid-tight.
Specially developed as work floor for robust work in, among other things, garages (car-tire-resistant), workshops and warehouses.
